By using NudeLoop, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and platform/provider requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining accurate account information.

3. Billing & Access

Paid access is provided as fixed-duration crypto passes. Charges are processed by NOWPayments and renewals are manual unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Usage Limits

Plan limits, queue controls, and anti-abuse protections may apply. We may suspend abusive activity or policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

NudeLoop branding, software, and platform materials remain property of NudeLoop. You retain rights to your lawful inputs and outputs as permitted by law and provider terms.

6. Liability

Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
